You all do realize that Carnae wasn't even going to appear in 4, right? Yeah, apparently Dr. Connors was gonna become the Lizard, Vulture would appear, and Felicia Hardy would appear as well. But, she wouldn't become Black Cat, but some new character called The Vulturess.. You can already guess who she would be with... It was cancelled mostly because Sam Raimi had doubts to have it released by May of this year, being fully crafted and keeping creativity. Good thing it's getting re-booted. :D
