I've been on the one in Orlando 3-4 times and I'll tell ya what...when that fire is blazing and it's like a good 40-50 feet away from the boat...that shit is HOT!!

it's just a line of gas from underneath the water. think of it like methane in a swamp. The gas bubbles up from undernieth the water and the fire that shoots across the water at 3:40 ignights the gas first and then it causes a chain reaction of sorts.
