@3089280288 the reason the 2 WTC (the second tower to be hit) fell first is because UA Flight 175 (plane that hit it) was going over 100mph faster than AA Flight 11 (the plane that hit 1 WTC). Therefore it penetrated many more internal and external support columns on all sides of the building (versus fact that 1 WTC only was penetrated on the north and east sides).

The reason that the beams severed was because of the jet-fuel fed fires, burning in excess of 1,900 degrees F.
That heat weakened the beams and then the weight being transfered from the air-plane severed beams did the rest. The beams were bent and eventually broken by the heat, then the speed and weight of impact of one floor falling at a time downwards as the beams broke created a chain reaction progressive collapse of 110 stories.

Although I suspect gov't. involvement, I have to make 2 points regarding this video.
1. The meridian plaza did not suffer from an impact that likely destroyed numerous columns.
2. The wind argument is not relevant. The planes did not knock the towers over either. Also, one is a point load and another a uniform load.

Twin Towers completely collapsed. If heat rises, then 50 stories below the impact, should not be affected! The weight never changed. A plane hitting the side doesn't chnge the weight of the building significantly. My friend says it was the impact of each level dropping that made the levels below collapse. [Pancake Theory] However, vertical steel beams, would've stayed jutting upright if that was the case! 911 was planned, to justify invading Iraq. Osama Bin Laden was in Afghanistan!

1. The twin towers were supposed to be able to take 2-3 PLANE hits PER TOWER.
2. Why was there more destruction in the lobby, than where the actual plane hit?
3. How come some explosions are still happening, even though most jet-fule was lost in the crash and making a fire in the elevator shaft.

If they decided to "Pull it" building 7, it would have taken prior planning to decide where to place the charges. Then the charges would have to be installed, this would take a lot longer than the distance of time between the attacks on the twin towers and the falling of building 7. UN inspectors would have had to validate those claims of WMD'S, and Afghanistan wouldn't have aproved on the US setting up bases. Plus no international effort would have been possible without 9/11.
The majority of Americans didn't want war, and would have been opposed to the war carrying on as such.
Other countries would have been quick to contend for that oil rich country if it was apparent that the US was in it for geopolitical control and oil.

it is very possible for the building to cave in on them selves. i fabricate and erect structural steel and i know that it was the case.. the heat of the fire softens the steel, doesnt need to melt it. with all that weight on the suffering beams its bound to give way... as for the structure continueing to collapse, its the laws of psycics, once it begins to drop the inertia will able it to go through anything...
