anyone who's into powerlifting or bodybuilding knows that motivation is the biggest factor of the sport, so why put him down?

At least he has the balls to put a vid up, a lot more than you who are being negative can say.
wow i didn't realize you had to step up to the bench and push 400 your first time to be a powerlifter!! EVERYONE has to start off somewhere, Romanaz is training like a powerlifter thus that's the label he has taken in the world of weights. bodybuilders don't start off at 250lbs 3% BF now do they? oly lifters don't clean 400 their first day, or maybe in your world they do.
get two bussies and do rip it thats a awsome work out put weights on each side in this order 10 10 5 10 and when u can't do thye rep andmore tell urs friends to rip it keep doing that till u get to the bar then do bar till u can't anymore i promis ur bench will skyrocket if u do it alot.
