  • @aaliyahash stretches that make you more flexible stretch out your muscles and may make you taller or makes ur legs look longer. Look some up worked for me

  • Bigger damn weights. Women do not need to use 1 pound useless weights. They can benefit from lifting heavy too. Also, "toning" is a bullshit misleading term.

  • @sigrino This isn't so much cardio as muscle buildning, and muscles are necessary when burning fat. :) It all works hand in hand.

  • If you have never done this, don't use dumbbells.

    Use them only after you have built some muscle.
