i miss when tribe called quest was making music...thanks for the reminder of real hip hop...i wish people supported this sutff instead of what is the status quo now...it's like rap has become the anti-thesis for what is once was the voice for...progress...
@branofnamebran why is that people dont support real stuff, its like the only stuff that gets blasted on the radio is the complete opposite, this is some of the truest essence of hip, yet we never hear it, unless your fan like me and have to resort to youtube and the rest of the internet to keep up.
@pntsou as long as the true supporters keep those in their circles aware, our art form will never die, and it'll resurge...i have 3 young children, and we don't allow anything but pure hip hop and genuine rock or jazz be played...my 8 year old has never "cranked it" or heard an entire justin bieber song...the youth change things, and we raise them....
@branofnamebran thats whats up my wife and i have a child otw, and its gone str8 hip hop for me to, i mean dont get me wrong music will always evolve even hip hop but its also our responsibility to see that we keep the dignity within the sound.
