these are also my peeps from around the way the mighty mike masters use to rock the block parties and park jams they from thomas boyland they killed shit berfore they came out with this song...peace
You Tube continues to surprise with the uploads. I remember this too from '86, there was so much energy in rap back in those days, you couldn't wait for the next rap radio show at the weekend. Gone, but never forgotten. Peace for the upload.
@BiZmOeT First dubbed this off a friend's Red Alert tape in '86! Red mixed Steady B's Bring The Beat Back into the end of it. I STILL HAVE THAT DAMN TAPE!!!
I know these cats personally. All of them had skills, they had the ill chemistry. What killed their career was the label Tuff City who was run by a greedy ass NY jew lawyer,Who made a load of money off of dem & alot of rap acts &the label went defunct .What else killed them was ego & the usual internal conflicts. But none the less they were the shit when they wer out.BIG UP G-Wiz, Lee, ESP, & Fred
@ogfreddyb Yeah Brooklyn in rare form. Track was hard. Big ups to all the Bed stuy crews. Master D, Von k, keith b. Divine Sounds R.I.P Mike Music. Disco Stompers
yeah ! then back in 86 we had( its the hip hop) that spyder d help us get off the ground and before that i was the dj for the(dynamite two) on atlantic records
Haha Yeeeah, Summer 86! Fresh pair of Filas with the dapper dan custom made Gucci short set, wopping it up at the Terrace Ballroom! Thanks 4 the memory!
