There was NO 60 mph restriction. If you keep saying it, that won't make it true. In the first two minutes of this very easy-driving video, I counted a half-dozen times where this driver probably exceeded 60. Before and after the chicanes, it's easy to hit 80-90, and this guy is certainly well over 60 in those parts.
