Raw chicken is dangerous if its mass produced as most of the bacteria inside the chicken's gut cross-contaminates the machines and other carcasses. Hand-killing doesn't have this problem because you leave the guts intact, thus not exposing the carcass to the bacteria inside the gut.

That's not forgetting that the chicken at your local KFC has probably been stored there for months. Obviously this yakitori joint hasn't had problems with salmonella

@Juggernaut788 Factory chickens are ridden with bacteria which is more difficult for the body to combat than normal. Where as many top produced chickens are free of this and much easier on the body.
