Congratz :/ but I'm sad because I'm the only one without a Mage skillcape :'( so can u plz tell me ur guide to 99????? I'm lvl 83 with 64 mage

@shadow8167 Here my suggestion for you to get 99 mage:

Train your mage to train lvl  65 doesnt matter what spell, then use high alch and up to 80 then train by using stuns but if you want to save money just keep training with high alch

Suggestions on what to high alch:

Steel platebodies or Maples longs
