    My Grandfather just gave me his copy of Mikey Baker's complete course in Jazz Guitar Book one, published in 1955

  • My God..this took me back to 1970 when my music teacher advised me to buy the "Mickey Baker Jazz Guitar" method. Those chords have formed the foundation of my understanding of jazz/swing guitar. I had never seen a chord called D13b5b9 before. It was scary stuff! Beautiful chords that sound so much better when they're played by a professional like Billy here.
