  • Running real lean... Just some advice. You want lots of smoke, especially for the break in.

  • Сам построил или купил готовый?

  • I read your post at helifreak about your throttle curves. If you want your engine to run longer then a couple of liters I suggest you lower your throttle curve to 0-15-33-44-63! If you are doing heavy 3D all the time you can use maximum 80% throttle at max pitch, anything over will rev to much. Please do this as soon as possible - if you haven't given your engine permanent damage already.

  • Too late ! lol a burned a couple of engines. I've sold the heli now I only have the t-rex 450

  • Dang =(.. Ever thinking of going back to the Nitro? I totally love them but throttle curves and tuning is a lot different to electric. But I got a Trex 600e CF too and the lipo prizes on those are insane and it doesn't fly as good as my NSP :(

  • No, Nitro is too durty, too much oil everywhere, you need to clean your heli everytime. 600Electric batteries are too exprensives, so maybe the best choice is T-rex 500...

    even after break in?

    with a govener?

  • Depends on how much pitch you are using. For me 70% was more than enough to handle 11 degree pitch. What do you mean with after break in or with gov?

  • I was asking how far I could go with throttle curve after break in?

    flat 90%?

  • Depends on your tune! Get a govenor. I got the Align one with 81.5% gov sens which is 2050 rpm. Works great :) Don't ever use a straight curve. You don't want a whole lot of throttle at center stick.

  • I will buy the 600 NSP combo

so I' ll have the same gov

what's about max rpm I can get without damaging the engine?

I want to do some hard 3D

  • What radio are you using? I got 2050 in HS - which is where the engine starts to seem powerful. Some are up at 2100 rpm or even 2150 and 2200. But the main blades aren't made for more then 2100. So I keep that in mind. Just try and feel what you think is best. But in this movie he exceeds 2100 rpm by far :)

  • That looks about ready to explode. Lol.

  • Ohh Maan,he fly so high UPM that is terrible.

With the half of it he coult do some loops or something and not hover like my grandma.

  • carpi pants are for girls man dang!!

  • not in france. would advise you to travel and discover the world...

  • LOL :D

  • WOW - mutch RPM my friend. Do you want to kill anybody?

  • i know!! hes trying to kill it.. he shouldnt fullthrot it on break in, only on second tank

  • more pitch is needed!

  • nice heli and nice testing and hovering :) check out my heli videos, on realflight of course, but ive got a T-rex 600 pro go check it out tell me how i fly thanks

  • Dude, easy down that headspeed. You`re able to fly 3D with that speed, but you`re just hovering. You dont need more than 1800-1900rpm. Good luck :o)

  • standing too close

  • dude learn to set a heli up please u have way high headspeed u can hear it trying to fuckin detonate and you have no pitch i run +/- 13 on mine and 2300 rpm but for a learner or run in i recomenr 10 +/- and like 1800-1900 rpm

  • yes it was in May, now, i'm running a Multigov and i'm more experienced ;)

  • @benzmster Buy a 550 same size(half a inch difference) as 600 and cheaper batterys

  • What about nitro knight helis. I am thinking getting one on Christmas.

  • YEah, those are nice pants. Did you grow them from shorts?

  • Hahaha.. Now that line made me laugh!!!!

  • too lean even for break in=head speed too high

not enough posative pitch....you will toast that engine fast..

cant you hear all that throttle and no lift.

    oww my ears

  • dammit, the rotor-speed scares me....!

  • headspeed a little high or is it just me?

  • I will be getting a t-rex 600 soon, but i don't know if i'll go nitro or electric. Any thoughts?

  • go for a nitro.

with a electric heli, you'll fly 5min only and the battery cost is about 250USD.

  • I'll think about that.

  • Electric is very "plug n play", and is the best choice if you have money for batteries and chargers.

  • The 225-250 batts suck align hyped up specs a little, you actually need evo power batts that are $300. Plus, you can fly ALL DAY with nitro with almost no downtime. The recievier lipo is $35 and will go 20 tanks (about 180 min) before charging. Good luck buyin that many batts to fly all day.

  • 4 battery packs, and charging at 2c you can fly continuosly if you are able to charge at the flying field.

  • dis u lean it up or were u running at factory preset valve values

  • I rich it up 2.5turns

  • nice pants

  • What gyro?

  • Futaba GY401

  • which engine is using?

  • OS 50 hyper, 30% nitro, hatori muffler
