  • Really, drinking any carbonated stuff is bad; the bloating of your upper stomach/ esophagus can lead to reflux. I HAVE reflux, and even though I know it's bad, despite cutting soda intake down, I'm still kinda hooked on seltzers or beers, sometimes.

    Bottom line- one should drink water and un-sugared juice and tea, not much else (that I know of, in United States stores, anyway).

  • the corn syrup commericals are sooo bad.

    and I'm totally guilty too. I can't stop drinking Mountain Dew. Although I've cut down a lot, but damn..it's sooo good but soooo bad.

  • what kind of stuff do you eat to stay healthy? What vitamins are like imperative to put into your body to avoid the negative effects?
