one positive thing to come out of this incident has been the renewed discussion of race issues in this country--and thankfully, it's not a one-sided debate this time. as for your video, i agree the rutgers women shouldn't let this get them down. as for the severance package, speaking as a white dude, i'd love that opportunity as well; i think that's more of something that people get for being wealthy than for being white. it can go both ways, though, race and class.

Nothing Don Imus is not a racist, there were black women on the Tennesse team and he said they looked beautiful, he was merely commenting on how trashy Rutgers looked.

LoL this is very true. People are being complete babies over this. Don Imus can't call a basketball team "nappy headed hoes" but it's ok for Al Sharpton to call Greeks "homosexuals". Imus also said that the girls playing for Tennessee were "cute"...and of course their team has a lot of black women too...
