@JackDanielsCHS08 Depends. I think Black Lagoon are about mercenaries/pirates operating in a modern-day Tortuga, and Tactical Roar is about a post-modern ship protecting merchants in the Pacific. Captain Harlock is one of several space-based pirate animes, but other than that...

@JackDanielsCHS08 Surprisingly, I couldn't find any. Sure, a lot of anime HAVE pirates (Conan Movie 11, Slayers, etc.) but they're only a brief plot point. You'll have better luck if you're looking for space pirates (Captain Harlock, Coyote Ragtime Show, etc.).
