  • I have one for my Kahr PM9 and I dont like it. It can fall down in your pants or fall out of it. I have to walk around with my belt tight. Its ok if you are not doing anything. But its not a working mans holster. Thats for sure.

  • I just don't see the weapon retention on these being adequate for IWB. The closed end design is going to make this a Lint trap.

For IWB this is a poor design at best. It would make an alright pocket holster if they modified it slightly.

  • Lima you have not made a video in awhile. You have some of the best ideas that nobody else thinks of. Like "Carrying a Gun in a Public Restroom".

  • Are u not making videos any longer? I don't believe you've made one for almost half a year. Please advise, I don't seem to be the only one asking.

  • Can you sit down with that one in the jeans, or is that painful or what? thanks

  • You haven't made a video in a while. I'm going through withdrawals ;]

  • Ok i have a cheaper gun. (smith and wesson sigma) i really dont want to buy a holster that cost as much as the gun is worth. Would you recomend this holster for an edc holster?

  • I have an hk p30l and in the market for a good shoulder holster, preferably leather. Any suggestions?

  • @13:45, can you accidentally grab the gun with the holster and pull the gun out still holstered?

  • Does that rubber against your skin make you sweaty? It would seem like it would and then likely become an irritation.

Other than that, I love the idea.

  • Great review, thanks!

  • Great review, Lima. Very thorough. I think one of these might be in order for me when carrying to church. I have to admit Sundays are the only day I struggle to dress around my holster. ;o) Thanks for posting this.

  • Where did you get the dummy guns?

  • I have several of these and was concerned at first about being able to re-holster easily and also about comfort. But after quite a bit of use, I really love using them. They are the easiest holsters for me to conceal. Nice review, I've been planning to do a Remora one for awhile now.

  • great review lima

  • Thanks for being up front on this review, lima. :)

  • Thank's for another excellent review!

  • This would be great to have when just chilling at the house for the day. I would not trust this holster with my life if I will be on the move for the day. Curious how this holds up with a little sweat.

  • @SouthernSaltine

if you go to defensivecarry forum to the defensive carry holsters board you will find a very long thread on how impressive the remora is and they do discuss the sweat issue. That's what initially led me to Lima's review on the remora (and I'll take her opinion over many others anyway).

  • Great review, my interest is definitely peaked by this product. I currently have a BG380 w/ a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster. It worked great when I had factory sights on, but when I switched to the XS Sights w/ even regular size dot the rear sight gets snagged on the holster during the draw & pulls the holster out of the pocket. Grrr!!! Anyway, it looks like the reinforced one may keep the rear sight from sticking to holster. Any thoughts from your experience thus far?

  • great showing actual usage as opposed to all tabletop....

  • Another GREAT!!-4 review, thank for showing the company website.

  • excellent review, very complete and detailed..thanks for posting

  • You corporate sell out!!! Just kidding...lol Love the review!!!!

  • Great review of a really good holster. I like mine just fine, but I wouldn't use it with just an elastic waistband - maybe with a very small, light gun it might work. I got it to buy a little time while looking for a good holster that will work since adding a Crimson Trace laser and now I am not in any hurry. The Remora is working out just fine.

  • No belt attachment?... I don't know, unless these are dirt cheap, I can't see buying one. But, as always, good videos.

  • I have to bow to you & I'll tell you the reason why. I must outweigh you by 80 lbs. on average & significantly wider than you are yet you can conceal a gun with form fitting pants and a t-shirt better than I can with baggy pants, baggy t-shirt, sweater and jacket. It really is unreal

  • Question. What do you think about the Black Hawk Serpa. I obviously know you have one I want the holster monsters input.

  • Any brands or Remora models you'd recommend to make sweating more comfortable? Or, are the 'sweat' features only to protect the gun and are hence accordingly 'hotter' particularly when heavy exertion?

  • Great vid! GOD BLESS!

  • i was going to pm you to see what you where doing BUT NOW I KNOW ;) LMAO

  • Thanks Lima! Love your facebook page, but videos are even better! I had never even heard of Remora, but might be a possible for my little Rohrbaugh.

  • good video lima keep up the good work

  • I have one of these for my Ruger LC9. It is one of my favorites.

  • I bought a Remora for my Sig P238. Haven't really worn it more than an hour but I like it.
