Why are you so bitter? Get beat up as a kid alot? No friends? No sex? Many people commented on my comment and they were laughing. But your so bitter about life you take it serious and have to be holier than though. Too bad for you. Someone like you calling me pathetic makes me feel great. Whether you like it or not, that is REALLY what rock n roll is about. I know it. The Crue knows it.....to bad you dont.
exposed came out in '93 but everyone was into grunge and shit hence the follow up carved in stone. even the crue album with corabi was better than carved in stone. generation swine kinda blew too cause it was vince's vox over what was written for john corabi
THIS INTERVIEW CONTAINS A LIVE SHOW THE BAND, IF YOU CAN PERFORMANCE UPLOAD ALL, THAT SHOW WAS THE VINCE NEIL MAYBE HAD THE MOST POWERFUL GLAM BAND ON THE PLANET, VIC FOXX IS AWESOME!!!! EVEN TODAY!!
THOSE DAYS THE BAND LOOK AMAZING AND SOUND UNMATCHED!!!!!
People blame Nirvana, and the rest of the Seattle rock bands for "killing" Metal's popularity in the 90's. As much as I personally can't stand those bands, it's not their fault that Metal bands were losing momentum. I blame the band wagon posers that had no sense of loyalty to their "favorite" bands to just abandon them just because MTV told them what was now cool. MTV deserted any band that came out in the 80's. If the "fans" were true, Metal would've still been as popular then and now.
why are ppl even moaning about john corabi on this ?? he was offered a positon with one of the best and most succesful bands on the planet, who the fuck would say no ?? (would all the ppl bitching about corabi say no if they were offered ??,i bet ma left ball they wouldnt) + they released a great album, fair enuff it was different but it was still great.
@davor1873 true, i agree with you on that now. John Corabi kinda got the bum deal there. But the thing is...at the time fans wanted Vince, Not some no-name person. And yeah, Lookin back on it now i agree the album they did with john is Good. Although i Hated it at the time LOL.
I love the Crüe but ... ergh I don't know ... I mean, look - Vince killed a mean that's a fact and if you've read >>The Dirt<< then you know that he has not learned much out of this enormus mistake.
And that is what makes him a bit unlikeable for me.
I can't help it. Anyways I hope Mötley Crüe will come up with a new Album soon and I hope they'll live longer then I do, so I don't have to miss one of them as part of my very favourite Band ever.
@iRrawrrr That is an interesting thing. Killed a man. Yep. The thing is...there is a reason that a car accident is called an ACCIDENT and not an "on purpose". if the results of an accident are extreme, that does not somehow mean that the person who did it, somehow MEANT to do it. Why can't people see it as they need to be angry at Fate, God, Life, the Devil, whatever allows things to go the way they do? It ALWAYS has to be the PERSON who simply made a mistake? Life is bigger than that.
@johnstonebreaker Look I won't argue and I am not the person who wants to judge, nor am I the person who is allowed to judge about what has happened. Actually no one is, except persons who where there.
But you can't just say it was a mistake, sure it wasn't on purpouse but he drove on drugs and a man died because he did so and that is the mistake I think you just can't play off like there has nothing happened. Not more not less.
@iRrawrrr Driving while high/drunk is certainly NOT a good idea, however, when you consider the fact that TONS of people do it everyday and DON'T kill anyone, it kind of makes it seem a little less than THE MOST imminent danger.
@iRrawrrr "You aren't the person to judge". Glad that you understand that, so many people don't. So many people are TOO quick to judge, TOOOOO harshly.
He has a good southern cali look. And for his time I know Vince got a lot of pussy. But damn doesn't this dude look like a girl. I mean I live in Philly n I love the Crue. But i'd get my head bounced off every wall on my block if I grew my hair down like that.
@1981CrueHead Hey fellow cruster... you know Vince tho, he's always been different & doesn't give a ratt's a-hole what people think ! I feel.... if u are are lucky enough 2 pull off the long hair & it looks great..... tnen by all means be yourself & all those who dis like..... they can just fall into a sink hole in the woods !! :-)
@soleshifter If vince didnt care what people think he wouldnt keep having ridiculous plastic surgery. And if he had some balls and some intelligence, he would diet instead, and get the chicks looking at him like a good looking guy again, rather than just that guy from the crue who cant sing or play anymore.
Very humble.....considering he is the lead singer of the coolest sex drugs wild southern california los angeles rock n roll band.....who got kicked out. I was in 11th grade and i remember the day it came on MTV that Vince was gone. it sucked. Then they played a Nirvana video and everyone quit doing coke, banging chicks and drinking booze in my high school......except me. Motley Crue for life.
@Radz117 I have to disagree. Motley Crue is a total package of great musicianship, attitude, energy, and great performance. Nirvana, in my eyes, was just a local band that got lucky.
@Radz117 I dont understand how you say we ALL KNOW Nirvana was more talented. Thats your opinion. I honestly, whole hearted, 100% think Motley was better than Nirvana. 100 years from now you will be able to walk in a strip club and they will be playing Motley Crue on the hour every hour......NO ONE WILL BE PLAYING NIRVANA.
@nath8282 Wait, wait. You think 100 years from now Motley Crue will be played but Nirvana won't? Where do you get that logic from when Nirvana have sold more albums? Plus even if Motley Crue were more popular, that doesn't mean they were better.
Yeah you think Motley Crue are better, but the majority of people who know these two bands, subjectively or objectively would point towards Nirvana being a better, more important and more talented band.
@nath8282 I agree, It totally sucked when i heard Vince was out of Motley! It was even worse whne they released their Self-Titled album without Vince in 1994
it was a good album but shoulda changed the band name..cause i remeber buying the cassette and while it was good...vince wasnt singing so to me it wasnt motley crue
@jamieburkey no it definitely was not as good as the albums they did with vince. at the time i hated it. Vince's solo album exposed sounded more like a Motley Crue album, than the Corabi Motley album did.
As for changing their band name when John joined. I think as they kinda say in the dirt. they wanted to show they were "grown up"? Also, i agree with what you said about generation swine being not that good because it was obviously written for john just before Vince re-joined.
@veryzenken The key to doing cocaine for almost twenty years is to ONLY do it on thursday, friday and saturday nights. That is the discipline. Ive had a great great time and i realize it isnt for everyone. I love sex, drugs and rock n roll so ive always made sure i got it under control. Works for me. Its all about discipline.
@nath8282 The fact that you think that there's a "key" to doing cocaine only makes you look more pathetic. The fact that you think you have rules and that makes it ok makes you look more pathetic. The fact that you think it's so cool that you thought you should brag about it on YouTube makes you even more pathetic. What you call discipline I call denial, and you're deep in it.
