So were Sabrina, Harvey, Valerie..etc. Whether they have good voices or not is irrelevant..That's the way TV-shows/sitcoms are done... the singing is done in a studio and recorded earlier..then it is lip-synced and acted out on camera... it's common knowledge.

This was one of my favorite episodes and to the people who think that Libby is fat. I think she is just more curvy/average. And besides, the good thing about 90s sitcoms like this is that they casted people of all body types so it really doesn't matter. And to add, Libby plays her part of mean cheerleader quite well.
