ITV Schools On Channel 4 Junction Compilation - Science & Society 1993

What was the programme finishing in the second two clips, with the STV endcap? I remember STV produced some programmes that were shown across the UK on ITV Schools, as well as their local schools output. These were 'networked' junctions, I assume?

Science and Society was the frist one but i don't know the 2nd one
