Interesting note: In the movie Planet Hulk they combined the Grey Hulk's sentence making skills, but also kept the anger=power concept with the Green Hulk. This makes that Hulk MUCH better then the prievious Hulks(imo).

Savage Hulk, if I'm not mistaken, develops into Green Scar, but later (after the World War Hulk) Bruce Banner doesn't want to use the Green Scar form because it caused massive amounts of radiation to emit from Green Scar, threatening the earth's life.

In the Original comic, he turned into Gray Hulk at night without anger. On this one it seems like he goes Gray in situations where it seems like he has to do more than just smash. Like in the mission Impossible type episode it seems necessary for him to go Gray to finish the mission.

Interesting note: In the movie Planet Hulk they combined the Grey Hulk's sentence making skills, but also kept the anger=power concept with the Green Hulk. This makes that Hulk MUCH better then the prievious Hulks(imo).

@MasterMacLeod I thought that too, and was thought "holy crap this is so cool!" but later, the Hulk's son Skarr comes to earth to battle the Hulk and Banner transforms into the normal Savage Hulk.

@MasterMacLeod During the Planet Hulk series, yeah. Savage Hulk, if I'm not mistaken, develops into Green Scar, but later (after the World War Hulk) Bruce Banner doesn't want to use the Green Scar form because it caused massive amounts of radiation to emit from Green Scar, threatening the earth's life.
That's how I understand it anyway. Go to the DC wikia and read more about it.

did they cut the frames with an actual hit? Big strong guy beating on a smaller woman? They didn't make a "hit" sound and you don't see the fist connecting you just hear the wind of the fist whizzing by and she goes flying.

In the Original comic, he turned into Gray Hulk at night without anger. On this one it seems like he goes Gray in situations where it seems like he has to do more than just smash. Like in the mission Impossible type episode it seems necessary for him to go Gray to finish the mission.

@69mrbrightside691 Banner has multiple personality disorder. The grey and green hulks are seperate personalities within Banner that struggle for dominance, sometimes the Grey Hulk wins.

originally, at nighttime... Banner transformed into grey Hulk. according to Stan Lee, grey was a hard color to reproduce for the comic and green was eventually selected.
