dunno about the 100% part, as i have bought everything in the first gameplay i did (except for Sigma Blade ofc), and when u load the cleared game data, it will start from the beginning again. u can get the chips of the navigators by using them the most for a few levels. eg selecting Alia as your navigator for 2-3 stages and her Alia Buster chip will appear in the R&D lab. i got all 3 girls in my second play thru the game

yes. you have to unlock them. you unlock them one at a time by choosing the one you want the most during your time playing. When you beat the game, that one becomes available to you. OR you can just use a cheat to unlock all three of them and buy them in the shop...

You can fly by zero or layer by jump - spin - hold spin + up + down (hold up first, then down, hold both). Then u will fly. You can do it in PS2 version. Jump - spin - hold spin + up and pull the L3 button down. Sory if my english is not good :)

To find Zero's Weapons u must find Zero's rare metals hidden through out the stages they look differently but when u find them if u use a navigater they will contact u bout that being a rare metal also to get black zero u must beat game wit any charecter but u must find all of zero's metals and purchase evry single one of them.

actually, the way you do it on ps2 is first you jump and do the move. next press and hold either up or diagnally up on the dpad. while holding that pull down on the L3 stick, which should send zero/layer flying up. dpad and L3 can be switched in the instructions

Dude, you can also make this glitch so Zero or Layer flies to the right. For some reason it doesn't work for the left because my PC gives that beep that I'm pressing too many buttons, but you can use it to perform a sequence glitch where you will fly into the next room and the midboss fight won't start because it's not supposed to until the door opens.
