You can't. Tour Guide's effect can't let the monster specialed by it's effect be used for a Synchro Summon.

@HaxellMence The monster she gets can't be used for a synchro summon anyway. If it could she would've been getting tons of resonators instead of sangan. Kushano's a tuner too. Hyde Ride is cool but not for Tour Guide.
