A good chunk of my favorite Dimmu songs tend to be really in-your-face with the drumming, at least the first parts of the songs: Absolute Sole Right, For the World to Dictate Our Death, and this song.

The only thing that BM and DM share in common I'd have to say is that they're both extreme metal obviously, and musically they both tend to adopt a lot of blast beats and tremelo notes on guitar. Other than that BM definitely sits in a cesspool of darkness, and to me it sounds truly more hellish, as though the music was weaved by a void of darkness itself lol. On the other hand DM seems to be more "brutal" if you will, and the style of vocals are different to
