As a cynic, I REALLY want to not believe this. HAARP has sounded like a piece Jesse Ventura-manufactured fiction, loose connections and good science mixed with bad science. But unless you hacked youtube, which I suppose is probably something people out there can do, I really have nothing to say other than ask if there are only blocks before disasters or if there does this occur at other times too? Even if you say it happens all the time, this would still be a prediction people should know about.

It does not serve as an observatory, what so ever, except when it concerns the experiments conducted with which the facilites anntenas fire the Radio waves into the ionosphere, that's it.
