  • well now that the sleeve is out of round, whats next.

  • It wouldn't work because there's no flywheel

  • ya my rc engine rev at like 39 000 RPM

    its a 4.6 hpi savage x

  • ?WORLD Highest Reving Air Powered Engine In the WORLD? Word world abuse?

  • hehe!! listen to the comments these people are giving you!!!! how sad are they!! bet they couldnt do this!!! you have a nice little project going there!! keep up the good work pal!! :D

  • oi mk you fool. think about it. have you ever used air tools...i laugh at you ignorance

  • yeah lol if you go to fly it just make a 1000 foot air hose and let err rip

  • Yawn...It's a off the shelf Ofna engine. I've done the same thing with my R/C engines and compressed air.

  • air powered engine that you put together ha ha ha,more like nitro engine you have taken the glow plug out of and stuck an airline where the glow plug was FAIL.it would have higher rpm if you had left it alone

  • haha its air cooled

  • Updates please.

  • the biggest problem with this little device is no lubrication. sure, it works, but for what? unless it can haul the compressor with it, it is pointless. an engine must be able to at least carry its fuel supply. And you would have to introduce a self lubricating line. Also, you would have to make sure it turns the correct way, unless you left the one-way bearings in it. Otherwise, the cam can begin and continue turning in either direction. Fun to play with, yes. Practical, no.

  • OK because i got tired of it on my post I shall help you a touch.

PPl who intend to post about Pnuematics and their application should know and understand. gas laws. wikipedia Gas_laws

know them BEFORE you start to hassel or debunk a persons posts.

this little design of his is Plausible and though i can't check it myself to verify I would say it is Exactlly as claims, though i don't know that it is truely the Fastest in the world, the premise may be sound.

  • Considering those engines rev to over 30k on its own using nitro fuel...you fail.

  • no your stupid the compressed air is ice cold and cools off the engine as it goes

  • Fabricate a dry sump lubrication system for it and you will go far with this design, lots of luck !!

  • With the extremely low torque what could this actually be used for?

  • Wow MKUltraProject ur one heck of a dumb guy . that's terrible maybe u should go erase ur genes from the surface of the earth to do us a favor !

  • @Cumminsturbofreak fuck up noob you know nothing

  • @MKUltraProject ur tha fuckin noob u dumbfuckk i should kill ur mom for letting u live !!! .. and pay u dad because he dropped u !

  • @Cumminsturbofreak lmao i laugh at your foolishness. Get a job, an education and a future worth living for you useless piece of shit. At least i have a mum and dad unlike you, you trailer park refugee. You are a waste of oxygen. Now go and cry while your step daddy rapes you once again. HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @MKUltraProject woww u rlly got no fuckin life u fuckface , go steal at wal-mart to eat a little and get punched by ur 2 dads u poor shitfaced douchebag. hillbilly bitch

  • i hope you have an oiler on that air line... or something man.. coatings only go so far

  • it's a rc car engine or plane with the head cut down

  • it isnt the air that is hot, it is the friction from the cylinder and piston rubbing together. there is no explosion from any fuel bc there is no fuel. it is simply power stroke then exhaust

  • parts are all teflon coated

  • thats retarded. yeah sounds cool but your probably fucking it up due to lack of lube which normally comes from the fuel. DOH!!!!

  • that's the belt type of compressor im talking about.

why because of the fiction of the piston running up and down the crank and the comp-rest air so witch is it u r a lier or a fuck wit id say the later with a name like you have.

  • coolguy23448

your saying that that engine is being cooled by the air its driven by right so its cool your ether a lier or a total fuck wit mate.

and air compressor is only run buy a belt a foot away from the engine its only got air running thru it and it gets that fucking hot you could cook your brakfast on it.

  • @honda900fz When air is compressed it gets hot, yes, but when it is decompressed it cools again. It's basic thermodynamics.

  • my grannys vibrator revs harder than that thing .

  • LOL sorry ppl but a piston moving at 21000rpm friction anyone? and as for the air cooling it? air is more of an insulator sure it will cool it a lil but not enough to stop wear and tear from ripping the engine to bits after a long run even good lube wouldnt stop it from destroying itself after a while

  • Hmm i would have to agree at some point.. Even if you cool it well it still will need lube between the surfaces and even if it doesn't seize I would think there would be significant wear on the parts. The air will cool it but it can't totally compensate for all of the friction going on inside of the engine. Lube of some kind is usually needed in any kind of mechanical application.

  • I have 2 engines layin here.. how do i build this?

  • i kinda have a same setup i have my weedeater motor running off of compressed air you just have to look for it on my channel but it don't rev as high though

  • surprised it hadnt seized by 30 seconds it has no oil feed

  • it wont seize because the air keeps it cool so it doesnt heat up

  • doesnt matter, there is no continuous lubrication in the cylinder, eventually the thin film of oil already on the cylinder wall will burn off causing the piston to fuse with the cylinder wall aka seize.

  • how can it fuse if there is no heat

  • Don't be stupid, any moving part in the engine is generating LOTS of heat when it is moving at high RPM. I suppose the next thing you are going to tell me is that it was completely stone cold after all that abuse you gave it? Save it, i'm sick of the foolish replies now.

  • @MKUltraProject

LOL the engine cools it self from the air that its running on.

  • Engine blocks are cooled by air or water, not the internals. There is no sufficient lubrication in place here between metal-on-metal moving components, hence rapid heat build up hence seizure, for the 3rd time now!

  • are you that fuckin stupid its his engine he knows what he is talkin about

  • o right because he puts a compressed air line onto the spark plug hole of a model engine NOT MADE BY HIM, he knows what hes talking about? You my son are a fucking spastic, gtfo >

  • @coolguy23448 it cools correct but not to air temp...the air cooling is to stop the thing from melting

  • @coolguy23448 yes indeed , just like a pneumatic sander

  • @coolguy23448 are you nuts? friction in the engine will generate loots of heat and to cool it down you need air PASSING the heatsink not in it...

  • @MKUltraProject dude why would i lie about anything???

  • @MKUltraProject play with an impact wrench??? granted the hammer gets warm but the pir motor gets cold to the touch

  • @92greenz34 they are lubricated u thick fuck

  • @MKUltraProject wow thats a defensive way of dissagreeing with me i dont remeber calling you a fuck??? anyways even if you took apart the impact wrench dried up the air vaynes and ran it, it would run cool, due to the decompression of the air... although not verry long the vaynes would break... i rebuild them at work now take a chill pill its youtube man

  • @MKUltraProject play with an impact wrench??? granted the hammer gets warm but the pir motor gets cold to the touch

  • @MKUltraProject actually it would cool cause the pressure is being released. havent u ever used and air tool? it u use one they dont get hot they get colder cause wen pressure is being released the air cools

  • @BORATMAKEMOVIE they are lubricated dumb ass

  • @BORATMAKEMOVIE you are dead right mate expanding gas cools the air.this is the theory of air conditioning!

  • @MKUltraProject well now shows your lack of knowledge. "IF" it's using a decompression stroke for power then YES after he was done it would be more likely the Vent ports and most of the attached motor would be Frozen. the act of the compressed air reaching an equalized pressure to earth standard atmosphere is Cold, so the air coming out of the motor would still be under pressure and cause frost to build and ice. if you investigate you'll find it's relative to compressability heating.

  • @MKUltraProject It's been over 9 months since you revealed your lack of brains to the world, and you've been taking heat ever since. Bet you'll think twice next time you wanna kick some knowledge at someone!

  • @MKUltraProject True, BUT, compressed air loses heat when decompressed, well, it doesn't actually lose it, as it has already lost it's heat during the compression/cooling cycle.I have actually had air tools freeze up in my hand IN THE SUMMER due to the cooling affect of the air decompressing inside the tool. Back when I ran my tire shop in town, I had a deburring tool I used to patch tires with that used about 14 CFM I had to wear gloves when using it, it got so cold it would hurt my hand

  • What am I missing, piston in cylinder, air into glow plug hole, shouldn't it just go down then all the air run out the port? Why would it keep turning? there is no intake valve on one of these engines, so what controls the air flow into the engine so the piston can come up against the air pressure?

  • centrifugal force

  • is it an rc motor like off an rc car or plane?

  • you didnt put that together. you got bored with your nitro rc car, ripped the engine apart, and stuck an air compressor nozzle out the top. fail.

  • Have you tried this with a larger displacement yet?

  • modded rc engine... fail. also, how do you know its speed?

  • i have a tachometer

you can see it in some of my other videos

  • shaft encoder most likely

  • keep going thats a nitro r/c engine with the top cut off

  • Comment removed

  • the thing that sucks the most is that it doesnt vibrate

    dumb ass

  • i did that with an old one of my rc engines and put to much air into it and i blew the rod throgh the bottom on the block lol

  • thatt bright orange-color is the same as the exhaust on the porche 917 @ Le Mans

  • oil? what oil? that wierd resonating sound is stiction!

  • hi this is a air model motor right? 2 strockes? where did u put the oil? i have some motors where, can u teache me how u do?

  • I'd rather like to see the worlds slowest revving air engine instead. That would be a lot more interesting than witnessing a tard trashing a fine rc engine.

  • loool i just wanted to write the s(h)ame

  • 21,000rpm doesn't stand a chance against Nitro's 45,000

  • 21000rpm? this is nothing =D ich have a 3,5cm² enginge, it always revs to 410000rpm/max

  • Four-hundred and ten THOUSAND RPM? Sorry bud...even at fourty-one thousand I fear you are mistaken...much less 410,000 RPM! Turbine engines rarely run that fast.

  • 41.000 Rpm sorry =D

  • I Have a stock St-15 that will turn 33k Rpm out of the box ;-P

  • isnt that a nitro engine for an airplane or possibly a big rc car with an air hose where the glow plug should be?

  • yeah it it, looks like a kyosho (gx12 derivative?)

  • How do you know it makes that much RPM and good torque?

  • the torque is just judgment and i have a tachometer

you can see it in one of my other videos

  • Retarded

  • why is it retarted??

  • uh, oil?

  • uh, it was in there

  • dude air tools go 10 times faster i have a tool that goes to 36k rpm and its strong for drilling too using air power

  • all right idiot thow are rotary this is a piston engine derr

  • oh yea i for got about that lol

  • It isn't an engine now, it's an air-driven power-tool. Exept that it's virtually useless compared to real power tools.

  • lol i thought about doing this to my old .18

  • When compressed air grows on trees then engines like this will be useful. Until that happy day - stop wasting our time!

  • um wats purpose of it? if you have to use a compressor

  • Using A tank of compressed air you can make it moble. If you have an air compressor you need A motor to generate air. If the air compressor motor also runs off of air then you have free energy.

  • where does the compressed air come from to run the motor?

  • A tank of compressed air.

  • My question is.. if you need the aircompressor to run it.. and ur running it in a ill go with what i have a 1/10th scale monster truck.. how do you get the air compressor to fit,and build enough air in such a small area haha

  • Do the math: how much hp does it make and how much power to make the air pressure....10% efficiency..

Piston engines waste energy, That's why they are less then 22% efficient!

  • IT's not an engine, it's a power tool if it runs on air from a compressor..

  • its a rc car engine with the cooling head shaved down, look at the pilot shaft.

  • oh FUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • a rc car enging like that in its normal state can rev around 30,000 rpm

  • you REALLY need to quit trying to wear your fathers air compressor out....

  • thats my compressor you fucking retart not my dads

  • lol

how do u know its the Highest Reving Air Powered Engine in the world?

  • I CAN MASTURBATE AT 90000000 RPM

  • thats all? LOL

  • and what that means? it consumes air instead of the usual fuel for r/c engines? and what is this engine made for? for r/c cars planes or boats?

  • my r/c car can rev up to 30000-40000rpm its 2 stroke 2.5cc engine and it produces 1.5 hp

  • OK and...............

    my engine is AIR POWERED

  • i have the same compressor as u.

  • thats awesome

    and thanx for the comment

  • Yea its neat, but sadly you are still far from the worlds highest revving air motor. May i remind you of small air grinders, witch are laughing at your puny 20.000rpm.

    *Ha ha ha*

  • omggg thowss are rotary this is a piston engine

  • So is a chainsaw, and they too reach extremely high revs. And nitro rc engines, and CO2 ball engines, they are all piston engines, and they beat you. BTW, many of those air powered tools do have piston motors.

What makes you think a punk like you can set such a world record toying in his garage? Get real! As i said it is neat, but it is not the highest revving air powered motor in the world!

  • It doesn't take much too much to amuse yourself. How long were you doing this before and after the video? Get over it retard!

  • moolcuy how long did it take you to make all those videos? They are of the same contraption doing the same thing.

  • goulcuy how do you know it's the worlds fastest? did it tell you?

  • this guy is weird :S Speaking to himself, haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalp

  • who are you talking to?

  • How many tanks of air did you use on time? So it came off an RC engine..

  • I use an air compressor

  • why did you cut the heat sink????

reving it that high without lubrication is badddd

  • the heat sink was two tall & small for the air valve to fit in

  • With out torque is just a free running air tool, look ay real power from a single power stroke.

  • isnt that just a modified nitro engine? it probably ran faster with quickfire in it lol

  • yepp. sure it would. (lol)XD

  • a .15 nitro racing engine for rc cars rev up to 45k rpm

  • yea well thats fuel

    this is AIR!!!!

  • my dick revs up to 5000 lol jk

  • wow your cool

    Get A Life!!

  • bye bye rings.. scratch scratch scratch..

  • lol yea pretty much

the engine really doesnt have rings

i have to figure out a good oiling system

  • My lego air engine can do like 90 rpm with a compressor, then it pops an air hose. :( Yours is WAY better.

  • Thanks alot

you'll have to give my invention a try!!

lemme no if ya need help

  • That's laughable...'invention'.

Kid, you took something that was already 'invented' and modified it to do something that also previously existed...and I do mean 'modified' in the loosest way possible.

Put down the expensive hobby daddy pays for and grab a few books.

  • get a better camera

  • Get a Better Life

  • F1 cars rev up to 20,000

  • i had an rc car, traxxas t-maxx ( i DONT recommend it). it revved to 50k.

i dont recommend it because its like putting formula one engine in a semi truck.

yes it can pull it around but it breaks all the drivetrain.

  • i doubt an f1 would break a semis drivetrain, its only got like 100 or so more horsepower than a semi but the semi has probably anywhere from 3 to 4 times more the torque, and its "torque" that breaks things in the drivetrain, bot horsepower

  • a formula one engine wouldnt brake the drivetrains in a semi truck...

  • XDDDD

  • umm.. t-maxx has either 2.5 or the newer 3.3 motors and they only rev to about 32,000rpm, and also I haven't broke anything yet maybe driver error?

  • ok i dont care

  • Think about the inherit stresses of tilling those speeds with a large piston attached, let alone several. Not even a similar class with a teeny 2-stroke motor.

And just for input, my little .15 cube engine in my R/C boat will till about 45,000 RPM (and sounds hella sick doing it) and push the little 2 foot model to about 55mph on the water. Water-cooled head too.. Pretty neat.

  • it's true they do rev upwards 20,000 rpm.

  • First of all, it's not an "engine", it's a "motor". Look it up in a dictionary. Second, have you ever heard of an air-powered die-grinder or dentist's drill? Now there's some real RPM. Your 'motor' didn't even get close.

  • those are air turbines. They may be classified as motors but this is a piston engine

  • finally someone that knows what there talking about!!!!

  • have you ever herd of a rotary air tool becuase thats what your talking about (die-grinders and DENTIST'S drill XDD)

go back and do some research.......

  • Aww poor Nitro Engine

  • lol

  • I hope you're not using that WD-40 as an injector lube because it isn't really a lubricant. WD-40 can actually wear things out faster by stripping away the other oils that are present. A proper inline airtool oiler using the correct lube is that way to go if you want this set up to last....nice execution though....

  • Well, every tyre mounting garage has one..

  • lmfao thats rotary do some research before you talk

  • lol i saw the top of a tippman paint grenade lol.

  • thats a wd40 cap dumb ass

  • wd40 caps don't have plastic grenade pins attached stupid.

  • no thay have straws on top dip shit

  • lol

  • i dont have what ever you said

    but i wish!!!!!

  • its not a air powered engine its a nitro engine that u have modified to run off of compressed air i have the same engine sitting on a 1/8 scale rc car so nice try but nebody can do it......

  • I do agree with you kind of, this WAS a nitro engine but now looks to me like it is turning over on using nothing more than compressed air. Hmm interesting that would make it an air powered engine. Yeah anybody could do it but they haven't. I don't see a use for it but it is still kinda fun. Would that be a Ofna engine by chance? Maybe an Ofna Picco?

  • no.

  • lol so what do you want me to call it then (nitro air powered engine)

and not anybody can do it..

  • yeah anybody can do it all u did was take the glow plug out remove the exauhst and the carb and put pressurized air in through the glow plug hole its simple and stupid

  • Wheres the lube? lol

  • srsly that things gonna burn up here pretty soon

  • lol naaaaa

  • ya for real. talk about quick engine seizure

  • really not at all theres no heat but there is engine

    wears pretty slow actually

  • most nitro mix is about 80% lubricant so spining the eng. like that without fuel will wear much faster

  • how do you get the air in the motor at the right time
