no this video is bs. capsules go through a process where all the omega 3's are destroyed when they are exposed to heat during the capsule making process.fish oil is chilled and therefore omega 3's are not destroyed. plus, the best way hands down to get omega 3's is to either eat actual fish or flaxseed/flaxseed oil, and oils are closer to the actual foods

There is currently no known way to seal those capsules, or in this chicks case "capshuals", without using heat. This process (the heat) is degrading to the nutrients in each individual "capshual".

Again I am being told item is out of stock, why you are taking orders you can't deliver is beyond me. You people are a joke, if I wasn't so stubborn I would tell you where to stick the order and put it down to a bad experience with a Mickey Mouse firm. Absolute joke of a company.
