I have the SD430, it's great! Very heavy duty and great quality, people are always asking me about it. I got a 40 hp motor (129 pounds, Tohatsu M40C) but it's just too much for it, speeds above 25 make the floor flex quite a bit. 25 hp is plenty, I was able to get 31 out of it with the 40, but the motor was a little low. I also have a 25hp, it does about 25 with it. I've found that I use the saturn boat the most out of the four that I own.
Well, I would want to say that engine and guy shown on a picture are included, but that will not be so. Unfortunately, it is impossible to get 15HP engine and 13' boat for only $1150, unless boat is a toy boat. Engine has to be purchased separately.

I would suggest used jet ski trailer to transport inflated boat. If you deflate it, then you can roll it and put in a trunk of your car.
