there was a small thing in the day sky only friday.i was on a scafold i thought it was a sea gul at first becouse of the amount of birds in the sky. but quickly realised it wasent my work mate saw it too . it was only going in one direction but changing shade from black to shiney giving us the illusion of it spinning. the only thing we could come up with is that it could of been a balloon. does any of this sound like any thing to you or just a balloon.
