@TheSoulsdie No... tariq ramaddan called long time ago a moratorium on stoning and other forms of punishments stipulated in the sharia in order to DISCUSS and adapt the sharia to the 21st century. He believes that the hadiths can be interpreted in different ways that is why we have disgusting terrorists such as al qaeda and al shabab killing innocents. hence adapting the religion to the current society, that is what he is calling for.
