@remudios you can get it in fall 2011 in the ultamite collectors track/car pack....or you can go buy a new copy of the ultamite edition of the game (thats what i did) and it includes a ton of tracks including this one and a ton of cars

Meh, sometimes it's necessary because the gears aren't tuned right for a particular bend in the track or the powerband is very narrow, but it is used too much in this vid.

It comes with every copy. its on a piece of cardboard sort of stuff under the booklet in the game. u need xbox live to download it.
