@MehawhatTV yeah something isn't right if your only getting around 20mins of full HD with 4GB :S Just saying as Ive got the latest Sanyo HD2000 and I can record a full hour which takes up around 4GB.

yes full hd and l have one and the problem is the cost on putting it onto a dvd to play back on cost for this about 400 pouds

Biggest thing in this camera is, it can shoot 60 Frames per second in 1080p again 60 FPS in 1080p..

Playing 60fps on 30fps time line is nice slow motion to make action look romantic. No other consumer {under 5000$} camera do it at this moment. I dont know why this hug leap of Sanyo is not advertised enough in fact until recently I didnt use this option thinking this cant be true

Pro - I would say picture quality of this camera is as good as Sonys 3CCD PD-150 and better because it HD. It can shoot in very low light, in fact I made a test in which it could shoot in as low as sonys super night mood in colure {Sony shoot B & W with green tint}

Bad - yes motion stabilizer is horrible or you can say, it doesnt exist in this camera

Anyone in YouTube land know when the HD2000 will be available in the USA market? It was released for sale on Feb 6th in Japan & Feb 20 in UK but still waiting for the USA version... Anyone know?????

you can buy it from the US Amazon store, through Sanyo too... So you're basically buying it from Sanyo, through a US based store

A few arguments against this camcorder:

- expensive

- 60 fps means less light sensitivity, not so good indoors

- you can convert 60i to 60p using a de-interlacer like mencoder's yadif, which isn't as good as recording 60p off the bat, but:
