Poland is not any more Kingdom and we have not any more royal famyly. but every year, in evere polish High School, 100 days before student's exam we do dance Polonez, thats tradition already to open this such important pary for whole students by this dance :P greetings from Poland
These costumes are really, really some mistake. "Polonez" is not a dance for ethnic, village people. It was dance of Polish kings and aristocracy, so they should wear (for example) ceremonial military uniform for men, and aristocratic dress for woman.
Very big mistake! They should wear noblement's costumes while dancing Polonez. Who prepared this show? They are dancing Polonez wearing folk outfits (!).

My husband and 2 sons were in a Polish dance group for 5 yrs! We also spent 3 wks. in Poland so the boys would know their Polish roots. Love the music and dances. A fond memory for me.

Yes, I have seen them. We have a travel video of Poland. My daughter was 3 when we visited Cravoc, and she still remembers seeing the dragon at the castle .. It rained a lot! We loved Zakapone and the good food,except the hamburgers were made out of Spam not ground beef! We have ham and tomatoes each and everyday!! Couldn't stand to eat ham for yrs. after that!

that's a bullshit comment...although i was born in CANADA....i danced in a Polish Folklore dance ensemble for 15 years...and travelled to POLAND to graduate from the MARIE CURIE SKLADOWSKA UNIVERSITY IN LUBLIN, POLAND...i now teach children in Toronto, Canada.....polish culture and dance.
