It is INDEED possible, all you need is a playstation network account on the ps3, purchase syphon filter 1 or 2, or both download it, and copy the game onto the psp and have fun playing it anywhere, anytime. its that simple.

Hijo de mil puta me hiciste llorar, me acorde de mi infancia cuando tenia 9 años jugaba a este juego a morir, sin el stick analogico pasaba los 2 cd en 2 horas y media, me lo conocia de memoria, incluso los dialogos "eh gabe como te va? pues mal, tengo muertos ya a 6 hombres" era lo mas!!! FUCK YEAH MAN! I cannot and I WILL NOT forget this game, best action game ever made
