@ryankazm They woulda changed anyways with their age. I don't think it was because they grew bigger that they became lighter. Also, if they stayed underground, they would have to make a living away from the music, which would surely lead to the bands early breakup. So I would mind.

It's definitely James.

I suppose he stopped "singing" that way because Dave Mustaine took that vocal style when he formed Megadeth. So, from Ride The Lightning on, James actually tried to sing whereas Mustaine kept this high, snarling voice almost to this day. And before any of you "uh Megadeth" or "uh Metallica" guys try to kick my ass now: I absolutely LOVE both bands.

oh my god man... when they were young these guys were living their life the fun way man. imagine writting this in your teens having a kickass time with your friends, and then like what... 28 years later look back at this.
