Just been on amazon looking at relaxation cd's for my mum who's having a bad time of it recently, but of course it's a rather hit and miss situation as I haven't heard of any of the artists and don't know if it will 'do it for her' so to speak - need to try before I buy really! Shame Irishrose's masterpieces aren't available - I'd definitely buy 'em!

I have to be honest and say, Irishrose, that with the greatest of respect, the Northern Irish accents were not (to me) synonymous with relaxation. I used to associate NI accents with Ian Paisley and Jim McDonald!! (Coronation Street). But you have blown my overgeneralisations out of the water. This is absolute bliss. Now NI accents make me think of you!

LOL thanks, there are so many different accents in NI, different "twangs" as we call them, Jim Mc has a proper Belfast twang where as Big Ian is a one off thank god lol.
