As if laws apply to Air Lines. Yeah, I remember hearing about this too, I think the story is that he had some sort of courtesy ticket that is given away to friends of the people who work in the airlines. They probably just put him there because they looked at the ticket and wanted to get rid of him\ them being cheap.

It's really wrong, but Jet Blue's still probably better than most Air Lines, lol

Thats True, Air France 447 which crashed in the Atlantic ocean was overbooked so they had to go on a different flight to Paris.
