Obviously a political ad. Judging from the`cars on the lot it was from the late 1960's.

With tha time period established and given the rather colorfull language I doubt that it was ever aired.

@fooser1 In the 60's, these kinds of comercials were typically filmed live, so this commercial aired once, never again. Either this salesman was fired or he quit shortly after the making of this ad.
