this just shows the disparity of the quality of the customer services you've got else where in the world.

in brazil not only we pay 3 times as much for the cars, but we also don't have any options of "premium service" like this. If I call bmw and say I crashed my 100k car, they will be like, oh cool, bring it here so we can have it parked 6 months into our garage, because we don't even have parts for it in stock.

My aunt has been a BMW customer for 14 years and the customer service is getting worse and worse. Like lets say, change of windshield will have glue on the dashboard, change of bumper will not be aligned properly. Servicing they lost the keys. BMW is a very good car but their customer service is getting out of hand.

well this type of service you will get only in Germany( no surprise) in UK because this is bmw they will rip you off. simple service for my bmw they wanted nearly 1600 pounds.
