Do you aspire to take up dunking the same as the Basketball players that you see in these vids? Look at 50inchvertical[dot]com - - I happen to be barely 5'5 and then soon after 4 or 5 weeks of implementing the course, I'm merely half an in. off from dunking! I was surprised it worked! Interesting, from my understanding, the Mavs commentators explained why Vince "Rev it up" or "crank it up" a few games back. They said he started doing this when a young player back then was cut from a team and Vince told this person that he'll "Crank it up" to remember him by. I may have gotten the wordings wrong but this is the most I remember...
