Well John, I think it's brilliant because it's easy for people to be who they authentically are (we've all had practice!) .

.and it's easy to understand that personal growth is an awareness that if we are in the process of becoming more, we will surely be able to do more. If we can do more, we can create more value in ourselves and earn more.

Old school thinking tells us to do what others do, and say what others say to create success. That doesn't work for most people.

I just read you comment Nostradamis and I agree with you in that personal growth is an awareness and we don't have to be like others are which is what society largely pushes upon people. But I must respectuflly disagree with the idea that it is always easy to be authentic, why? Because old school conditioning is often very hard to eliminate thus be illumined with a new found awareness of the reality of one's self. Unfortunately, this is the experience of many, many people struggling daily.
