i love wide chair squats ill work up to 505 x8 at my best right now i dont train like that anymore i may train like that once in a while but i been training like three days a week weights 1 or to three cardio so for me to train this way is like just so un like me not to meantions im useing a build up type training not going to fail on power movements and over 4 to 6 weeks i work up to a max then start over lower the weight tell you the truth i like it also speed those days
Flared stance and sitting back are so much better!!!!!! Great improvement. Keep the head up and back into the bar. Don't look down or drop the head. Awesome Work Dale!!!!!!
