  • Please. Come to my Channel and see what amazing things I've discovered using Google Earth. I found information made out of Watermarks and they tell things. I've made 9 videos in an attempt to try and share them with you. I promise you won't be disappointed. Please come see.

  • and how many yards of fabric for borders?

  • @nechamatova For the outer 5 inch border you will need 1 1/2 yards and for the 2, 2.5 inch inner borders and the binding you will need another 1 1/2 yards

  • how many charm packs and jelly rolls needed to make a queen quilt?

  • @nechamatova 2 charm packs and 2 jelly rolls should make a queen.

  • @jennydoan57 Do you guys sell this fabric, that you are using for the quilt, online anymore??? I can not find it at all :(

  • just fantastic.

  • I wonder if you used jelly rolls and did the tube quilting technique you mentioned in another segment, if you couldn't get these same square in square shapes but with pretty mitered corners. I think you'd want to sew one of each color together x2 and then sew the double width strips together with same color adjacent on each side. Then when you cut, I think you'd get a center square of one color sashed with the other.

  • hmm, or maybe that would just give you 1/4th of a block in which case, you could do 4 colors in one block but plan it out so you could join each side to 3 identical blocks. Trying to visualize this is making my head hurt :)

  • OMG, your quilt is really cute and seems so easy to make...i definitely gonna try to make it this week....:D

  • I absolutely love this quilt, how easy you can make it.

  • I'm not sure how I missed this video, but I just watched it for the first time today!! This is exactly the kind of quilt pattern I have been waiting for!!! I have to make quilts for my two youngest boys and they will soon be sharing a new room all their own. This quilt will be perfect for their new beds!! I even have the charm packs on hand!! I'm so excited! Thanks so much for sharing your ideas and videos. They are truly inspiration and so much fun to watch!

  • 3 days later..?? Jenny, you are amazing!! Such great videos, fantastic tutorials.. thank you all so much.

  • Just beautiful! I noticed you opted out of the white intermediate border for the yellow two-tone, great choice. I think I need to move a little closer & take a class from you. I am rapidly becoming a fan of the charm packs. After using both the pinked edge & straight, which of the charm pack edge styles do you prefer? I recently bought charm packs from 3 different makers & discovered Moda to be a true 5", but Thimbleberries & another were 5-1/8" to 5-1/4". Thanks for all the great videos!

  • Love the quilt, love the videos - they are so clear and concise. Thanks a bunch!
