I have them too, once you press it twice it looks like it did nothing but if you turn the lights off and spin it really fast then you can tell its blinking and it looks cool.

Every time I try and change the batteries on my Blue Diamonds (two now), they're never the same. They flicker, etc. Any suggestions on how to successfully change the batteries without essentially ruining the balls?

AzPjb, as you are in the US i cannot sort this out for you directly. You should contact the retailer that you purchased your Astrojax from if the problem continues.

Use the Astrojax-dos or any pointed object like a biro to press the small hidden button on each SATURN ball. Press once for CONTINUOUS light. If you press again the ball is set to DISCO mode. Press once more to switch the lights off again to save battery life.
