Why cant you build a church near a Mosque or why has there been 3 churches burned this summer or why hasnt a church built in Egypt in 25 years
Some years ago , I was on the North coast and was stay at a chalet with a Swimming Pool ...
So when the Life guard left to go pray , He didnt blow the whistle and get children out of the pool , Not 10 minutes later ,a Boy got in trouble in the Deep end , I jumped in from the Opposite side and swam with my shoes on and took that boy and swam with him to the other side , ...... That Boy would have died if it wasnt for me and that guard who is qualified simply went Pray
It has everything to do with Islam and very little to do with the Government ..... The Government doesnt tell you to be dishonest , lie , cheat , etc... but your heart hears that from the culture and religion. There are plenty of Qualified people in Egypt , But they cant do it alone ... the lowest worker has to out an effort too

The Food Problem is in Part from the Over Population and the policies of Sadat , They converted from an self sustaining to Export driven Economy . The Govt should encourage Farmers to grow More wheat and grains and Egyptians need to stop eating so much bread . about 10 for every person a day

I doubt that you have spoken to people whose families used to live and die their entire lives within a 10km radius of where they were born, but were then provided with educational services, jobs in factories, and so on. I know many chrisitians and muslims outside and in egypt who are very good ppl and educated and dont have your negative thoughts about religion.

I do too, and I have known a lot of people But when a Government puts Out a Brochure on How to Convert Christians or a Moslem Preacher Calls for the Copts to Convert Or kidnapping young Christian women and Raping them to make them Moslem , There is something wrong with the system that doesnt punish these People

Islam doesnt prevent women from getting education that is false..I dont know were are you living and where you get your information about islam!! our prophet said all muslims should seek knowledge we should seek it even if we go to china (there is a saying) islam as a religion is teaching the individual how to be a live with morals and be productive in his society,doesnt tell us to stay in mosques and pray all day!infact ppl who do that are not good muslimsi dont wanna engage in religious chats.
