@Dallas7 Yeah I do. I started doing Insanity and I felt great afterwards and I wanted to step it up a bit so on Mon. Wed. Fri. I do which ever Insanity I need to plus a upper body workout with P90X. It's about a two hour workout but you can feel a difference after your done. Don't over do it though. If its to much then pick certain workouts that you like from P90X. I also do as many pull ups as I can on those days as well.
@GuitarOwl Ok great! And lastly do you do both in the morning and do you eat breakfast right after or a few hrs after your workout. I don't workout in the morning, and I might need to start doing that cause I don't have the time during the day.
@Dallas7 I actually eat my breakfast around 6am which is the special K and Kashi Lean and then I workout around 7 or so. I workout about an hour after I eat. I wouldn't recommend working out before eating. I would say eat something small if anything. It's not good to workout when you haven't had anything to eat all night. I'm posting a video on why that is soon so make sure to check that out. It's pretty cool.

Quick question...Do you do Insanity and the P90X back to back? Im doing Insanity and will be incorporating P90X into as well.
