  • 2nd attempted nailed it proper! First attempt your front foot was a tiny bit short, much like 99% of my failed attempts!

  • That's exactly right. Your C&J PRs have really inspired me man, very crisp jerks on each of them. I really have to go for it and land further !

  • I haven't PB in comp for over 2yrs, pretty tragic but I'm looking to smash out some PB's in a comp in December. I'm moving up to the 94kg class and not starving myself for the 85kg anymore :P

    I'll need to iron out the Jerks to stick 150kg, it's just a BAST at times and very hard to do at limit weights to get the front foot far enough after the dip and drive and to not have a back foot that is too long = tilting you forwards...

  • I'm sure with the extra weight on yourself, you're all set to smash some PRs in December.

    I see what you are saying, eventhough I'm not remotely close to your "limit weights". Thanks for the inspiration !

  • Yeah it's helping already, up to 90kg now, I feel so much stronger and more explosive :)

    Everyones got to work on it and it's just a matter of drilling and doing at limit weights, at 80-90% it's a lot easier but at 95+100+ thats there it tests you :D

  • Thanks Kirez ! If you look closely, you can see I moved the rack in front of me a little further away to have more space. It made all the difference ! :)
