  • Wicked

  • Excellent! Check out this video:

    watch? v = 5fpqBy3hrfs

  • I love the double clean to catch - SUCH a neat tecnnique with that double cradle at the top - I didn't spot it at first - awesome (I have some practice to do!)

  • @LBLorAAO lol

  • Advanced indeed

  • I agree. Great new exercises, i have to try them out!

  • Great still nicely done

  • Camera-man was too fancy in this vid. Difficult to see small details, cause they're constantly moving the camera. Bad framing, can't even see the whole body sometimes.

  • dude, you're not human are u? u got some beast arms.

  • Good vid It is nice to see some decent form for a change much respect keep up the good vids :)

  • Wow....that was very impressive.

  • A B D and E look like cool, different excercises to put into a KB routine and C just looks like a great way to tear the muscles at the base of your spine :|

  • great technique thanks..made the beast look easy 2

  • Double clean to catch with 24kg - awesome. I can do singles so I'll have to try doubles (might wear steel cap boots and knee pads).

    Great set of exercises.

  • i got some time to try this and i loved the guerilla snatch and the sots press! my GF was in awe of the sots press, you should have seen her face lol.

  • you guys always post great vids...i sooo enjoy them.

  • Thanks for all the great vids you guys post. You have given me some great ideas! Both of you guys exhibit great strength and conditioning. You are inspirational.

  • Great stuff.

Are these workouts supposed to be done in a circuit i.e Guerilla snatch 20 secs, then no rest and on to the clean and catch for 30, and rest at the end of one circuit of all the exercises.

  • @primalenergy no, for this workout you actually complete all sets of each exercise before moving onto the next exercise. You'll notice that each exercise is marked 'A', 'B', 'C', etc.... if it was a circuit, it would be A1, A2, A3, etc. Since the exercises are difficult, rest a little between sets, and 60-90 seconds between exercises

  • @MBodyStrength Dude, good Job. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Are you an RKC?. Just curious, not that it matters. You train like Mahler. Pavel teaches the clean to catch in 'Enter the KB.'

  • dead snatch. interesting.

  • i like the term guerilla! are those 45's or 52's? thanks for the post and i'l be sure to share it! the sots press is nice.

  • @SeraphsSword I used two 24kg (53lb) kettlebells for that one... thanks for the compliments and sharing the vid
