There hasn't been Soviet Gymnastics since 1992 (technically it would be 1991 but I would include the unified team in that just because they did compete as one instead of seperate entities.) The 1996 Olympics had all of the old Soviet bloc countries competing against one another. Ukraine was the country that took home the gold in the AA thanks to Lilia Podkopayeva. :-)
Oh please! Do you go to school? Have you heard about Russia? First there was Russia then came the revolution of 1917 and communists led by Vladimir Lenin changed the name to Soviet Russia and then to Soviet union. And after the 2nd world war came the col war, and soviet union lost it and things got so bad that in december 1991 Soviet Union broke to many sepperate countries mm. Russia Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakstan, Latvia, Lithuania...
"Oh please! Do you go to school? Have you heard about Russia?" I was just asking a question, you could have been nice and explained the history to me. But you just had to include some bad attitude.
