I have it and like the video says "IT'S COOL!"

first, you do have to AIM at the target, so do yourself a favour and put it a bit far away.

after you finish shooting, you have only snoozed the clock actually. To actually disable the alarm you still have to get up, walk up to it and hold a button for 5 seconds

so it's actually VERY effective, especially in hard mode where the clock is beeping away as you do 5 shots and you are probably wide awake by then...
