If you look closely at the two children you will see that they are truely handsome and healthy and that is one of the reasons the CPS wanted them. They are a real saleable item. The problem is they are too saleable and the CPS knows exactly how to get them out into foster care and increase the revenue to CPS to boot.

Shame on the CPS and even more on the Caregivers or adopters.

Your rights to privacy act of canada give you the right not to give any personal information to anyone the names birth date etc of your kids to the children's aid society you are allowed to fake the name of your kids to protect their identity of your kids. The children's aid society can not ask you for birth certificates if thay do thay just broke the LAW.

Every one has a right to a court trial in canada the children's aid society will try to avoid going to court at all cost. The children's aid society will try to hijack the birth certificates how you will know you have been hijacked your kids will be in a new school and if thay are you know thay have been hijacked ask your lawyer to find out more info on this hijacking if your lawyer dose not want to work for you hire a new lawyer.

About the Children Who were removed: The chlidren are now in care, but hang out in the streets (what the mom was trying to protect them from). :( The boy has been beat up by thugs, the girl has been raped. What did Children's services do about that? They blamed the mom. :( I agree, Children's Aid does not protect children. It destroys families.

This is shocking. I sincerely empathise with you on this. I've seen it happen with neighbours of mine. She was trying to protect her children from socializing with "partiers" in the neighbourhood. The "partiers" contacted Children's Services and they were beleived. The Child Services didn't believe the mom who was trying to protect her children and believed the latter, took the children, the mom tried to fight for them back to no avail.
